- The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter Procurement Unit) is requesting a participation application for the procurement of scavenger diver equipment for the Defense Forces, in accordance with this request for participation application and its appendices.
The object of the procurement is diving equipment, which is used in all the Defense Forcesnot in statutory duties, including military crisis management duties.
The use of diving equipment from land, ship or rubber boat is integrally related to these operating environments. Temperatures vary between -30 degrees in Finland's winter frosts and 45 degrees in a crisis management operationillae.
