• The procurement unit of the city of Saarijärvi starts a negotiation procedure to acquire an electronic archive. The goal of the procurement is a cost-effective, long-term and reliable archive solution that is suitable for both immediate and permanent storage and fulfills SÄHKE2 certification requirements. The negotiation procedure is used to map the market situation, suppliers' solutions and the ability to deliver a modern, economical and long-lasting overall solution. The procurement unit reserves the right to suspend the procedure if the offered solutions do not meet the needs. At this stage, the procurement unit does not commit to purchases in euros; costs are defined in negotiations with the selected supplier.
