• Description:
• The city of Espoo (later also the Subscriber or Customer) requests bids for the purchase of the document management system of the Urban environment. The object of the acquisition is the document management system of the Urban environment industry as a software service (SaaS) for the city of Espoo. The acquisition consists of the following of the service components: - System as a software service (SaaS) - Implementation and adaptation of the service to the city of Espoo - Support and application maintenance services - System further development and expert services according to Espoo's needs. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the tender request. "Description of the object of acquisition". The estimated total value of the acquisition for the calculated four years without value added tax is €9,200,000. In the calculation of the forecasted value, all possible Additional Procurement opportunities for the contract period are taken into account (appendix 1, "Description of the object of procurement", section 6.10) and the contract conditions price revisions according to (Appendix 2, "Agreement model", Section 6.2 of the Main Agreement). For budgetary reasons, maximum prices have been set for the service fee and the start-up price. The calculated price of the service for four years (cell O61 of appendix 6, Price form tab 1-Comparative price) MUST NOT exceed €3,350,000. The commissioning price (cell O72) MUST NOT exceed €1,500,000. Exceeding the maximum price will probably lead to rejection of the offer. The city of Espoo selects one (1) supplier and one (1) deputy supplier based on the competition.
