• We are asking for your offer for the Lappeenranta museums' collection room drawer unit for maps and archival material, delivered to the destination and installed in working condition. In addition to the offer in euros, the offeror must submit a product card / description / production drawings of furniture. The purchase includes a pull-out shelf unit with storage space for maps and A4-sized archive material. The furniture is two-sided and consists of three pieces. On the other side will be a hanging folder shelf (at the top shelves for folder-sized material).On the other side (hallway side) there will be drawers and shelves with doors above it. (Appendices 1 and 2) The furniture/furniture must be new. it is possible to adapt the dimensions of the drawer units shown in the furniture layout to the manufacturer's standard solutions, however, so that the shelves fit in the planned area. The tenderer must state the dimensions of the drawers in their product card / - in his report. In particular, it should be noted that the drawers open to the corridor of the collection space and the filing cabinets in the direction of the existing transfer shelves. (Attached floor plan).
