Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku requests tenders for furniture for early childhood education for 1.7.2025-31.3.2028, after which the agreement may be extended under the original condition of Turku with two (2) one (1) year option for 1.4.2028-31.3.2029 and 1.4.2029-31.3.2030.The acquisition is the target of early childhood education furniture for the various service packages of the City of Turku, both for the use of the municipalities and companies mentioned in this invitation to tender and in the appendices. Early childhood education furniture (value of EUR 1.5 million) is selected by two (2) suppliers and these are usedfor priority for justified reasons. The subscriber furnish the building with the furniture of the contract supplier, the contract of which concerns the main purpose of the building. (eg kindergarten is furnished with early childhood education furniture, even if containing office rooms) the subscriber leaves the rightCompetitives for first -time furniture, the estimated value of VAT exceeds € 100,000.00. However, as a rule, this agreement is used. Occasional purchases can be eg. due to availability or project and development projects to be done to a low extentalso from other suppliers.
