Description:
The acquisition focuses on the furniture of the office of Helsinki Business College Oy ("subscriber"). The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 description of the subject of the acquisition. The acquisition is divided into the following areas: Subdivision 1: Product Group 1 (Student Chairs) Part 2: Product Group 2,(Student tables) Section 3: Product groups 3-11 (armchair, 3-seater sofa, laptop table, 8-person table, chair, 5-seater corner sofa, armchair and 3-seated couch). Parts offers are allowed. The tenderer may thus decide which sub-region or sub-areas can submit their bids(See Appendix 2, price form). The tenderer may be approved in one or more areas. Sub-bids in the sub-areas are not allowed, but every furniture in the sub-area should be provided. Parallel and alternative offers are not allowed. The agreement will take effect when bothThe parties have signed it. The agreement shall be in force until the parties have fully fulfilled all their contractual obligations. The subscriber does not have a minimum or amount of purchase to the furniture subject to the contract. This agreement does not give the supplier exclusive rights of furnituresupply to the subscriber.
