Description:
With this tender, Customs acquires the Elastic Enterprise usage rights (subscription) and, if necessary, the expert service to be ordered separately during the contract period, as defined in this request for tender and its appendices. Customs' current usage rights are valid until 31 March 2026, from then on user rights must continue uninterrupted. The licenses will be introduced so that the license period starts on April 1, 2026. Customs concludes with the tenderer who won the tender an indefinite-term Main Agreement for usage rights and both the Service Agreement and the Assignment Agreement during the contract period, if necessary, for expert services that can be ordered separately. The contract templates are attached to the request for tender.
