Description:
The Salo City State Services (contracting entity/subscriber) requests bids for the purchase of the electronic service book system (SaaS) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The system to be purchased must be a browser -based online service (SaaS) ready software, ie the system is notInstall the subscriber's server. The electronic service book system must meet the requirements of the Finnish Building Regulations for the use and maintenance of the building. The system may be an integral part of a consumption monitoring system or a separate consumption monitoring systemIntegrated system. The system will be used to plan and monitor the maintenance and maintenance of the customer's property stock and to manage external service providers. The features of the electronic service book system include: Target Register, Contact Information, Device Register, Maintenance Program,Service diary, service requests, repair program and documents. The system users include approximately 40 persons for the customer's maintenance and maintenance experts and property users as well as external service providers. An electronic service book system is acquired for four (4) yearsfor the contract period, after which the contract will continue as an indefinite contract so that the termination of the contract on the subscriber side is three (3) months and six (6) months on the system vendor.
