Description:
With this invitation to tender, the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) will request an offer for the purchase of emergency telephone services and home service assignments (lifting services).
After the contract period, the contract may be extended by two (2) option years one year at a time. The use of the option shall be notified before the end of the contract period or year of the option.
As a result of the tendering, one (1) service provider and one (1) deputy service provider, with whom the agreement is signed only if the actual service provider is unable to produce the contract in accordance with the service. By submitting the offer, the selected service provider undertakes to sign the contract and provide the service with 100 % delivery.
If the service provider selected in the tender does not sign the contract or start operations at the beginning of the contract period 1.1.2026, the subscriber shall not sign the contract and/or terminate the contract immediately without notice. In addition, the subscriber has the right to obtain a service from the deputy service provider, the rest of the third party, or to produce the service in its own production and inherit all the resulting this Extra costs from the provider for up to twelve (12) months.
