• Description:
• The city of Imatra requests an offer for an energy survey service as part of the project A81416, Climate plans for implementation, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The contract period is approximately 1 June to 31 December 2026. The time to complete the energy survey will come to be by 31 December 2026. The terms of the contract are KSE 2013. The procurement falls below the national threshold value and the small procurement limit of the city of Imatra, and a separate office holder decision will not be made. The first step is to map property mass at a general level. In the second stage, critical items are selected, which will be investigated more thoroughly. The progress of the energy survey will be agreed upon during the kick-off meeting. €18,000 has been reserved for the project. The acquisition is carried out with project financing and the customer reserves the right to changes, and does not commit to the purchase quantity. The goal of the procurement is to implement an energy survey of the municipality's properties, which:• analyzes the energy consumption of the properties,• identifies energy efficiency improvement opportunities,• produce energy saving and investment profitability assessments.
