• Acquisition of event production and technology, re-opening of the register in 2026 The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests applications to participate in the dynamic supplier register for the procurement of event production and technology, through which various services related to organizing events. The dynamic supplier register for event production and technology was introduced on January 1, 2025, and the supplier register will now be reopened for new suppliers. No other changes have been made to the tender documents compared to previous versions except updated document dates. Event production and technology can include the organization of the entire event on a turnkey basis or, if necessary, some individual services can be acquired in connection with the organized events. The goal of the procurement is to produce high-quality events of various sizes for the needs of the city of Espoo by companies that know what they are doing, and with the help of the procurement of services to optimize the working time of the city's own staff and resources. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in attachments 1. "Description of the object of procurement" and 2. "Description of the procurement procedure" of the request for participation. The contract is valid until further notice.
