• In order to support the communication of EU agricultural and rural funding, understandable language recommendations for customer communication of EU subsidies have been drawn up. The recommendations have been made to help all people working with EU agricultural and rural finance who write texts intended for customers. The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of expert work for the training of understandable customer communication of EU subsidies, which consists of the following sections: 1. The supplier will initially carry out a participatory survey, which will clarify the needs and wishes of the experts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Food Agency for the development of texts in accordance with the recommendations of comprehensible language.2. Based on the survey, the supplier makes an implementation plan for the implementation, which may include for example - group and individual trainings, where the editor trains experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Food Agency to develop their own texts in accordance with the recommendations - the editor edits the texts into comprehensible language in accordance with the recommendations - local and online workshops where the editor trains experts to develop their own texts in accordance with the recommendations. 3. The implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the plan will be carried out in cooperation with the customer in 2026 and during 2027.
