The Vaasa City Corporate Guidance Strategy and the City's Personnel Program (2022-2025) are the development of knowledge leadership and management Dashboad functionality. In addition, the City of Vaasa's reporting needs have increased by the stricter requirements for government reporting as a result. Visualization of financial and personnel information and easy-to-use reporting outlook are key to supporting pre-staff and management decision-making. In order to continue the development of knowledge management and reporting systematically and to meet information needs is current The system complex needs to be expanded. The City of Vaasa has an exreport reporting system provided by Neotide Oy. The Exreport reporting system is widely utilized in the organization for both human and financial reporting. Exreport includes the needs of the city of Vaasa Customized reporting entities and other functionality. The HR area and the financial and strategy service area have directly negotiated with the current system vendor Neotide Oy on Exreport's expansion of the EXREPORT and Financial Reporting System.
