Description:
The acquisition focuses on the rental facilities needed by the Family Rehabilitation and Child Welfare Unit in Espoo, as part of the Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (including "Luvn" and "Tenant"). Section 30 (4) of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) must be taken into account in the site.Among other things, the procurement is subject to the law on the rent of the commercial apartment (482/1995).
