Description:
The share of Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy's assets to be auctioned, which the tender includes, is currently around 60 million euros. 3 asset managers for equity, interest and alternative investments are being sought through a tender to manage this asset lot. The point is that the outsourced portfolios will therefore be around 20 million euros.
At a later stage, Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount invested by the fund managers wealth. Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy will decide at a later stage how to allocate possible additional investments or reductions in investments per asset manager from the assets managed by the asset managers based on what is appropriate for the investment activity in terms of goals.
In the procurement procedure, the open procedure according to § 32 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016) is applied. Alternatives in terms of investments, the offer can be separate in relation to equity and interest investments, the offer of alternative investments can be implemented with a consultative agreement.
