- The procurement includes the implementation of flight services by helicopter in the Northern Finland area. The procurement is divided into two (2) areas: - Section 1: Bird of prey nest inspection flights by helicopter in the reindeer herding area - Section 2: Deer fence inspection flights You can submit an offer for one or more areas. The offer comparison is done by sub-area. One (1) service provider is selected for each sub-area. The content of the procured service is described in the sub-area-specific service descriptions, which are attached to this tender request: - Appendix 1: Service description_Part area 1_ Birds of prey nest inspection flights - Appendix 2: Service description_Part area 2_Deer fence inspection flights The statutory task of Metsähallitus' Nature Services is to make birds of prey inspections of nests in the reindeer husbandry area. The procured service consists of annual helicopter flights. The purpose of the flights is to transport, in addition to the pilot, two people at a time along a predetermined flight route from one nest to another nest inspections to do.
