Description:
Helsingin Vayla Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting entity" or "subscriber") requests with this invitation to tender, with its annexes for offers for the supply of a reserve power machine. The acquisition is subject to the reserve power machines of Helsingin Vayla Oy in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The building site comprises underground the construction of the service tunnel emergency power machines, including the acquisition and installation of emergency power machines, as well as electrical work and electrical work (hereinafter referred to as "acquisition").
The contracting entity has defined the next preliminary project schedule for the contract:
Introduction of the item and project 21.7.2025 at 12:00.
Contract negotiations weeks 34-35 (Monday 18 August - Sunday 31 August).
Contractor Choices Week 36 (Monday 1 September - Sunday 7 September).
Starting a contract week 42 (Monday 13 October - Sunday 19 October).
Completion of the contract by 19.12.2025.
