- With this invitation to tender, the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) will request bids for alteration of housing based on the Disability Services Act and the Social Welfare Act. The acquisition is divided into five (5) areas: 1. Technical work2. HVAC work3. Electrical work4. Roof lifts (roof lifts, rails, lifting strains and technical services) 5. Elevators (chairs lifts, wheelchair stair lifts, level lifts and technical services) based on the tendering process, a framework arrangement is created between service providers selected.
