Description:
The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests applications to participate in the procurement of the HRD solution, which will be implemented through a competitive negotiation procedure.
The city of Espoo is bidding for a human resource development (HRD) solution that supports performance and competence management proses. The object of the procurement is an HRD solution for the city of Espoo, which initially consists of the following service components:
- System as a software service (SaaS)
- Implementation and adaptation of the service for Espoo
- Application maintenance services
- System further development and expert services in Espooaccording to rpe
In addition to these service components, the procurement may include, in proportion to the total size of the procurement, minor purchases of technology and special equipment required for the delivery of the services, as well as complementary additional services connected to the purpose of the procurement, such as training and events hallinna's tool.

Four candidates will be selected for the negotiations.
The city of Espoo will select one supplier based on the bids submitted in the final call for tenders andone substitute supplier.
In procurement, the contract period will be valid indefinitely.
