- HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders a project bank system suitable for the needs of the construction industry as a software service. The project banking system must be suitable for the management of HUS Kiinteistöt Oy's various construction projects, large ones from hospital construction projects to smaller renovation construction projects. The project banking system to be procured must be completely ready at the time of submission of the offer. The required features must also be enabled. The object of the acquisition is what will be used by the customer project banking system and related services. The object of the acquisition includes: • Software service and its implementation, covering the acquired project banking system as a SaaS service, incl. support for its use, as well as all those tasks and the measures required to bring the software service in line with the agreed requirements and successfully implement it. • The monthly price of the software service with the features mentioned in the request for quotation. Monthly prices must include everything maintenance and operating costs, necessary resources and capacity, both for the system and any related sub-applications, modules, mobile applications, user interfaces and interfaces, which are necessary for the software service to be carry out the procurement in accordance with the requirements.
