• The city of Hyvinkää is planning together with Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Procurement unit) Hyvinkää Areena's restaurant and cleaning services and possible other services. Owned by the city of Hyvinkää, under construction near the train station Hyvinkää Areena will be completed in the spring of 2027. The arena is a hybrid building that houses multipurpose facilities designed for sports and event use, the teaching facilities of the Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and the restaurant facilities that support these functions.
