Description:
The object of the procurement is the production of image data from a car moving on the road and a service enabling the viewing of image data.must familiarize himself with road maintenance so thoroughly that he is able to understand the customer's needs and the year-round conditions in an adequate manner. The quality of the image material must be such that details necessary for treatment can be distinguished from it. For example, about traffic signs and signsmust be able to evaluate the condition and read the texts and must stay to evaluate the condition of the pavements.
The service must cover the whole of Finland. Filming equipment will be installed in 60 cars.
Cars specified by the customer (in practice by ELY project managers) will be used to collect the image material,the service provider installs the system (the car owner can do the usual installation, e.g. attaching the device to the windshield with a suction cup, connecting the power cord and pointing the camera).n. The customer contributes to ensuring that the training and installations can be carried out nationally in an appropriate manner.
