The municipality of Kittila will provide comprehensive international marketing services in the area in 2025-2027 from Levin Tourism Oy. On the basis of direct procurement, a service agreement will be made for 2025-2027. Section 40 (2) (2) of the Procurement Act may be subject to direct procurement if technicalor for the sake of exclusive right to protect only a particular supplier can carry out the procurement; An additional condition is that there are no sensible alternative or replacement solutions, and the lack of competition is not due to the artificial narrowing of the terms of the procurement.
