• Description:
• The object of the procurement is various interpretation services for the city of Vantaa. The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows: Section 1 Presence and remote interpretation Section 2 Quick interpretation Section 3 Interpretation of special groups Based on the agreements of the City of Vantaa purchases can be made in Vantaa all industries in the city and Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy. In sub-area 1, three (3) contract suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement, whose services are generally ordered in the order of priority during the contract period following. The operating model of the framework arrangement is explained in Appendix 1 (Draft Agreement). The number of interpreting events each year is approximately: - Presence interpretations 6,000 pcs - Remote interpretations 18,000 pcs The euro values of the procurement are distributed by customer during the contract period (48 months during) as follows: Subarea 1 City of Vantaa, about 2,500,000 euros Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy, about 4,000 euros Sub-area 2 is selected three (3) contract suppliers.
