Description:
The municipality of Paltamo is requesting your offer for the implementation of the new AV system for Korpitie school's sports hall, i.e. Korpisali. with possible license fees.-Equipment delivered and installed on site.-Costs related to the planning of the implementation.-Costs related to the implementation of the system. available connections in the premises. Also attached is information about the microphones owned by the school, which must be able to be used in the implemented AV system. Also attached are the diagrams of the AV cabling in the premises. Comparison criteria for offers additional information below. The implementation requires ease of use, especially from the end user's point of view, and operational reliability, e.g. with various presentation devices. The equipment of the AV system to be implemented must at least comply with the Equipment Requirements appendix specifications for the projector, speakers and stage lights. The installations can be carried out during the summer and must be ready by the end of August 2026. The tenderer must have at least two (2) references corresponding to the object of the procurement of the procurement for the last five (5) years, calculated from the last date of submission of the offer.
