• Description:
• The municipality of Laukaa is requesting your offer for the preparation of a land and housing policy program. The acquisition includes the updating of the land policy program previously drawn up by the municipality and the definition of the housing policy guidelines as part of a unified land and housing policy program. The final product will be a land and housing policy program of Laukaa municipality. The aim of the work is to create a uniform, clear and practical decision-making document for the client, which defines the policies, means and operating models, with which the municipality implements its land use and housing goals, e.g. municipal strategy and the structural model of land use as a document implementing Liekki. A more detailed description of the procurement, including the work's background, goals, content and limitations, is presented in the request for tenders in the attached document "Description of the procured service". The procurement includes the compilation of data bases necessary for the preparation of the land and housing policy program, as well as the preparation of the necessary reports and reviews in the manner described in the appendix way. The work is primarily based on the utilization of existing reports and materials, and duplicate reports should not be drawn up. any special allowances and expenses as well as travel costs and travel time charges.
