- The acquisition is a framework agreement on the procurement of law enforcement and guarding to the metro and tram system, where the commissioned by the Helsinki Metro Ltd (Kloy), the City of Helsinki Transport Royal, Lansimetro Oy (Lansimetro), Ruskeasuo Varikkointiistoe Oy (Ruha) and Ruha) and Ruskeasuo Oy (Ruha) and Ruskeasuo Oy (Ruha) andSammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy (SMV). The subscribers make each independent procurement decision, but sign a joint contract with the service provider. For clarification, it is stated that KLOY represents all subscribers on matters related to the service under the agreement.The purpose of the procurement is to choose one (1) service provider for each sub-area: sub-area 1: Western Metro, sub-area 2: Kanta metro + tram traffic and sub-area 3: District guarding. The service provider must submit an offer in all areas. Different actors are selected for sub-areas 1 and 2. The provider willIn its tender, which part of the area will choose if the tenderer wins both areas. Part 3 may be selected either in the sub-area 1 or 2 service provider or third service provider.
