• Description:
• The object of the procurement is a learning results evaluation service for monitoring the mother tongue and mathematics competence in basic education. The evaluations focus on the joint stages of basic education: 2.-3. joint phase of year classes and 6.-7. joint phase of year classes. Evaluations implemented electronically in Finnish and Swedish. The goal of the acquisition is to produce comparable information about the students' competence level and its development in relation to the objectives of the curriculum's basics and the national competence level. The service includes implementation instructions, evaluation tasks implemented digitally, scoring and reporting of results. The service must be based on the curriculum and include a comparison of learning results in relation to the objectives of the curriculum's foundations and the national one to the level of competence. The national comparison must be based on a representative sample. The service must include monitoring the development of learning results using a longitudinal layout. The service provider is required to have experience in similar assessments and the ability to produce reliable, nationally comparable material in a longitudinal evaluation setting.
