• Description:
• The object of the procurement is literature and other library materials for the libraries of the participating cities and municipalities in accordance with this procurement notice and its appendices.
  The acquisition does not apply to e-materials.
  Porvoo's vitality board makes the decision for all participating procurement units on behalf of. Each customer (procurement unit) concludes its own contracts with the same content among the selected suppliers.
  The subject of the acquisition are the following areas:
  1. Domestic general literature
  - including literature in Swedish and other languages published in Finland
  2. Foreign general literature
  3. Audio books
  4, Sheet music
  5. Music recordings
  6. Film recordings
  7. Console games
  8. Board games and puzzles
  The provider can offer one, several or all areas.
  The customer selects all bidders who submitted an acceptable offer for the framework arrangement.
  The contract period is 1 March 2026 - 28/02/2030.
  The customer does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value.
  The ordering parties have at their disposal the one implemented by Woima-Wirta Oy an electronic acquisition portal, through which they familiarize themselves with the library material they can choose from, make their selections and order the materials. The portal compares the prices of each individual acquisition and directs the order to the material supplier that offers it at the time of the order at the lowest price at the cost of....
