• Description:
• The subject of the acquisition are the following services: * Maintenance service for Kela's high-performance scanners. * An order portal maintained by the supplier for placing maintenance orders * Service start maintenance. The requirements regarding maintenance services are described in more detail in the request for tenders and in its appendices. Kela arranges the delivery of maintenance services with the selected service provider. The agreement is first valid for a limited period, according to a preliminary estimate, from 25 June 2026 to 30 October 2027, after which the agreement will continue indefinitely. The contract will come enters into force upon the signature of both contracting parties. The contract is estimated to be signed in the spring of 2026. The estimate does not bind Kela.
