• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the procurement of management consulting services for use by the registered shareholders of the City of Helsinki and Helsinki Konsernihankinta Oy. The procurement is divided into three areas. The procurement will form a framework arrangement for the following for sub-areas: 1. Strategic planning and management, operating models and processes and organizational development. 2. Legal and tax advice, especially regarding the organization of the city group's operations 3. Business plans, financial modeling and reports, valuations and financing strategy The six (6) most economically advantageous bidders will be selected for each sub-area, unless there are fewer bidders that meet the requirements. The subscriber holds an electronic mini-competition through the tendering system, all procurements within the framework arrangement. In exceptional situations, the request for quotation can be sent by e-mail to all selected suppliers in the area. You can submit an offer for one or more sub-areas. For everyone separate selections are made for the sub-area. The maximum value of the acquisition excluding value added tax is ten (10) million euros. The acquisition includes the actual contract period of two (2) years and two (2) one (1) year option periods. The subscriber does not commit to anything to purchase quantities.
