Description:
The object of the procurement is a voluntary, tax-free exercise, cultural and welfare benefit to be offered to the municipality's personnel, which can be completely managed electronically (ordering, delivery, use, monitoring and reporting). The payment instrument must primarily be a mobile application. As a secondary the means of payment can be an online service. The municipality has approximately 1,700 HTV employees, including permanent and temporary personnel. It is estimated, based on the facts of previous years, that approximately 70% of the personnel, i.e. approximately 1300 people, would use the benefit each year. Payment must be possible also by identifying yourself with a phone number or text message. A more detailed description of the service can be found in attachment one (1) "Description of the object of procurement" to the request for tenders. The contract is for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which the contract is valid indefinitely. The municipality of Nurmijarvi selects based on the tender of one Supplier. The customer does not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
