Description:
Hameen University of Applied Sciences and its subsidiaries (Hameen Occupational Institute Oy and Hamk Akatemia Oy), in the future "HAMK", will request offers for Microsoft's expert and consulting and training services. The target is to find partners with Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologyProjects made and change based on HAMK's digital strategy utilizing the Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms. During the collaboration, Microsoft Power Platform tools will be used to support HAMK's digital strategy activities to facilitate the manual work of staffMainly using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technology architectures and systems related to systems, which include deployment, development and change projects, continuous maintenance of services, and training services. The more detailed definition and minimum requirements of the item ispresented in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. Based on the tendering, a framework arrangement is set up, to which three (3) suppliers will be selected. If there are fewer than three tenderers or acceptable tenders complying with the aptitude requirement, all suitable tenderers who aresubmitted an acceptable offer. The procedure for purchasing within the framework agreement is described in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The framework agreement is fixed and lasts for 2 years. The contracting entity has the right to extend the agreement on two years (1+1).
