Description:
The object of the procurement is the moving transport of museum collections and the personnel carrying out the transportation and transfer. The procurement includes the transfer of museum collections from different properties to the museum's new collection space at Myllymaenkatu 29 a. The museum collections to be moved are located at different addresses in Lappeenranta and the transfer is intended to be carried out one property at a time. Listed below are the properties to be cleared in order of clearing: Objects to be cleared and target schedule: 1. Lauritsala building, Hallituskatu 20, Lauritsala 1,175 m2 (entire property) / empty by the end of March 20262. Terminalaalinkatu 26, Mustola, 437 m (entire property) / vacant by the end of June 20263. Luukkaankatu 37, Lauritsala, 170 m2 (entire property) / empty by the end of September 20264. Joutseno Office building 3, Kesolantie 5, Joutseno, 114 m2 (space used entirely by the museum), / empty until October By the end of 2026, the Museum will be responsible for the proper packing and protection of the objects to be moved before the transfer. The company responsible for the move is responsible for moving the goods from the premises to be moved to the transport truck, for the appropriate protection and securing of the goods during transport, about transportation and moving the goods from the transport truck to the new collection space. The museum is responsible for the unpacking of the objects in the new collection space.
