Description:
The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for the procurement of night polygraphy (sleep apnea) and ENMG studies. Regarding ENMG studies, the service is provided by the Service Provider at the office of Espoo occupational health services Kamreerintie 2, 02770 Espoo.
A more detailed description of the content of the acquisition is tain attachment 1 of the request for tender. "Description of the object of procurement".
The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas:
Sub-area 1 Night polygraph examinations
Sub-area 2 ENMG examinations.
The city of Espoo will select one for each sub-area based on the tender (1) Service provider and one (1) substitute supplier.
The agreement is valid for an indefinite period.
Sub-area 1: Night polygraph examinations
One (1) Service Provider and one (1) substitute supplier will be selected for the sub-area.

Sub-area 2: ENMG studies
One (1) will be selected for the sub-areaService provider and one (1) deputy supplier.
