- Following the interruption in the acquisition, the City of Vantaa will re -publish a invitation to tender by the Nikinmäki School extension (approx. 900 brm2) by renting for a fixed period of 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2031 (61 months), including the possibility of a four -year lease as options and the subscriber's redemption option. The "description of the acquisition" in the appendix specifies the content of the procurement and the changes to the previous document are raised. No additions to the previous invitation to tender have been added to the Annexes of the invitation to tender. During the more tendering process, the new plan documents added to the bidding calculation during the question/answers have been added to this tender material, as well as the answers to the questions to the extent that they are in force.
