Description:
The City of Oulu is asking for offers for traffic on the Oulu regional traffic lines. The tender applies to public transport lines in accordance with the contract notice and the tender documents. This tender requests for tenders for traffic destinations 2, 6 and 8 at the time specified in the contract, as defined in the tender documents. One tenderer or tender connector/item will be selected to handle the transportation of the items, or alternatively, the objects will be selected to operate one bidder or a quotation summary. The combination item is:* Items 2, 6 and 8. The most economically advantageous supplier is selected for acceptable offers. The most economically advantageous is an offer, which is the cheapest. Price prices will be provided at the total cost level of Statistics Finland 2025 at the total cost index. Traffic must be carried out entirely by clean and energy efficient vehicles (electricity, biogas or renewable diesel (HVO).
