- The City of Oulu is asking for offers for traffic on the Oulu regional traffic lines. The tender applies to public transport
lines traffic in accordance with the contract notice and tendering documents.at the time specified in the contract, as defined in the tender documents. One tenderer or
tendering connector/item will be selected to handle the transport of the items. The most economically advantageous supplier will be selected from the acceptable offers. The most economically advantageousis an offer that is the cheapest price.
Offer prices will be given at the total cost level of Statistics Finland in September 2024 at the total cost index.The content is defined in the attached document
