• The city of Riihimäki (hereinafter "Procurement Entity" or "Client") requests your offer for the procurement of photography services, video production and streaming services, and graphic services in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The procurement has been divided into three (3) areas: 1) Photography services, three (3) service providers are selected for the framework arrangement 2) Video recording services, including streaming services, three (3) Service Providers are selected for the framework arrangement 3) Graphic services, select five (5) Service provider for the framework arrangement A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in the following attachments to the request for tenders: Appendix 2 Section 1 Description of the object of acquisition Appendix 3 Section 2 Description of the object of acquisition Appendix 4 Section 3 Description of the object of acquisition The provider can submit an offer in one or more sub-areas. Each area is evaluated and compared independently. The customer reserves the right to choose fewer bidders for which area, if there are not enough suitable bidders available. The contract the estimated start date is February 2026, the duration of the contract period is two (2) years. The framework agreement includes a maximum of one (1) option period of two (2) years. The subscriber decides and separately announces the introduction of the option period independently before the end of the actual contract period. The procurement contract is applied during the option period in accordance with the conditions valid at the end of the actual contract period.
