Description:
The City of Espoo, Espoo Catering Oy, Espoon Asunnot Oy and Espoo Regional Educational Association Omnia (later also the subscriber) request offers for photography, video production and streaming services.The acquisition is divided into four (4) areas of photography, selected by eight (8) service providers Framework arrangement2) Video photography services, select five (5) service providers for framework arrangements3) Streaming and storage of events, five (5) service providers for framework arrangements) concerts streaming and storage, select five (5) service providers for the framework arrangement. A description of the content of the procurement is found in the following appendices: Appendix 1A. "Description of the subject of procurement section 1" Appendix 1b. "Description of the subject of procurement section 2" Appendix 1c. "Description of the subject of procurement section 3" Appendix 1D. "Detection of Acquisition Section 4" The expected total value of the acquisition for four (4) The year without VAT is € 1,830,000. The total value is divided between the organizations as follows: Espoo: € 1,657,000 Espoo Catering: € 28,000 (sections 1-3) Espoon Asunnot Oy: 85,000 € (Subtress 1 and 2) Espoo Regional Educational Union OMNIA: 60,000 € (components 1-3) certain acquisitions during the contract period. City of Espoo, Espoo Catering Oy, Espoo Asunnot Oy and Omnia Espoo Regional Educational Association are making their own acquisition Procurement contracts.
