- The welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava is requesting a bid for the procurement of planning services for the Sydäntie renovation project. The planning includes the following areas: - architectural and master planning, - structural planning, - fire planning, - HVAC planning, - electrical planning, - accessibility planning Sydäntie's housing unit for disabled housing services will be a housing unit for 12 people. The planning must take into account the special features of the residents' service needs, e.g. mobility impairment, aids, communication, sensory abnormalities. Designers are required to work smoothly with the client and the project's contractual partners. Designers are required to have strong experience in projects of similar scope and complexity, suitable for the task training and the ability to comprehensively support the client in the preparation and implementation of the project. The work must start as soon as possible after the contract enters into force, and the plans must be ready by the end of May 2026. the prerequisite is to familiarize yourself with the site of the renovation project at Sydäntie 4, Vantaa. The target presentation will be held on March 13, 2026 from 12:00 to 14:00. You must register for the destination introduction tour in advance by 12 March 2026 by e-mailing jarkko.sinda@vakehyva.fi
