Description:
The City of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the procurement of the plot brokerage service for the Salo 2028 housing fair in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The object of the acquisition is Salo's year 2028 Plot brokerage service for the five exhibition areas of the housing fair and related tasks as described in this call for tenders. The areas where the plots are located are as follows: Ollikkala Puusepänpuisto, Kauniainen, Asemakatu, the Old City Hall block and School equipment. The plots to be transferred are as follows: Ollikkala 16 detached plots (marked A0 in the site plan), 2 detached plots and a semi-detached plot in Kauniainen, conversion of an old daycare center to a residential apartment building on Asemakatu and the construction of a new apartment building (block area AL-1 in the site plan). Asemakatu properties are forwarded together. In addition, a plot for one wooden apartment building in the Old City Hall block and a townhouse-type construction in Koulakalustu (in the site plan marked A-2). There are two wooden apartment building plots in the site plan of the old town hall, but the assignment only concerns the plot facing the river (in the site plan, a building with a building permit of 1,800 square meters). The bidder is responsible for the sales strategy drafting and branding the areas in cooperation with the marketing office, the city of Salo and the Finnish Housing Fair.
