Description:
The City of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the procurement of the plot brokerage service for the Salo 2028 housing fair in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The object of the acquisition is the plot brokerage service for the five exhibition areas of the 2028 Salon Fair and related duties as described in this request for tender. The areas where the plots are located are as follows: Ollikkala Puusepanpuisto, Kauniainen, Asemakatu, Old City Hall block and School Equipment. The plots to be transferred are as follows: Ollikkala 16 private plots (in the site plan marked A0), in Kauniainen, 2 single-family lots and a semi-detached house lot, Asemakatu, as a renovation target, conversion of an old daycare center into a residential apartment building and construction of a new apartment building (block area AL-1 in the station plan). Asemakatu properties are forwarded together. In addition, in Old town hall in the block, a plot for one wooden apartment building, and a townhouse-type construction on the school equipment (marked A-2 in the site plan). There are two wooden apartment building plots in the site plan of the old town hall, but the assignment only applies to the plot facing the river (in the site plan, a building with a building right 1800 floor area square meters).The tenderer is responsible for preparing the sales strategy and branding the areas in cooperation with the marketing office, the city of Salo and the Finnish Housing Fair.
