- The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for the portfolio management system and related implementation, application maintenance and support services, as well as further development and expert services for the solution. The portfolio management solution will cover project portfolio, IT portfolio, project portfolio and group portfolio. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement". The procurement has not been divided into parts, because the service that is the subject of the procurement forms a unified one an entity that is not appropriate to divide into smaller entities. Based on the competition, one supplier and one substitute supplier will be selected. The agreement comes into force upon signing and is valid until further notice. Estimated contract period the start date is February 2026.
