• Acquisition of a project manager for the payroll administration outsourcing of the Industrial Cooperation Fund (Finnfund). Finnfund (Technical Cooperation Fund Oy) acquires project management services to implement the payroll outsourcing project. The object of the acquisition is project manager service, where the Supplier is responsible for the design and project management of the payroll outsourcing project throughout the project's life cycle. Content of the Service The object of the procurement is the project management service of the payroll outsourcing project. In the service, the selected supplier acts as a representative of the procurement unit and is responsible for the planning, management and implementation of the payroll outsourcing project throughout the life cycle of the project in accordance with the division of responsibilities table attached to the request for tender. To tasks include, among others, analysis of the current state, definition of requirements, production of substantive content for tender preparation, management of the transfer and implementation phase, coordination of integrations and data transfers, and the change period following implementation control. The goal of the project is to ensure a controlled and secure transfer of payroll services to a new service provider without service interruptions and a significant reduction of manual work steps through automation. Project-related a separate external partner, PTCServices Oy, is responsible for the implementation of the public tender (procurement of the service provider).
