- The acquisition focuses on the project portfolio management system, its deployment and support services.
The portfolio system is an important electronic tool for the management of the whole of development. It makes visible different programs, projects, experiments and measures, as well as leadership processes related to projectsfrom preparation for planning, implementation, project termination and ex -post assessment in accordance with the City Development Management Model. At the same time, the support, maintenance and further development services and operating services required by the solution will be obtained. Support and maintenance services are responsible for interference management,Guidance and support of the city's main users, and keep up to date on the software and environment. The further development service includes the development and expert services to be ordered as needed for small development and deployment supporting activities. The target of the acquisition also includes implementationThe necessary interfaces/integrations.
The project portfolio system to be purchased is purchased as a software service (SAAS), meaning that the system is provided either from the environment -managed environment or the client -managed Microsoft 365 senant. It is only the responsibility of the subscriberManaging the equipment, software and telecommunications connectivity needed to connect to the software service.
