The acquisition focuses on the Lapland Welfare Area ("contracting entity") for several service areas and sites for property maintenance and maintenance services. Property management services to be purchased include: The following services:

The anticipated value and anticipated volume of the acquisition varies by service areas and sites, from small separate assignments to the property maintenance and maintenance services of the exterior or indoor property of the entire properties.
Acquisition involves Article 42 of the Procurement ActEstablishment of several suppliers' framework arrangements.
The framework arrangement is divided into 4 parts/sub-area, which are specified in more detail in Annex 3 of the invitation to tenderThere will be fewer journalists who submitted the offer. For suppliers, the sub-region-specific order of priority shall be established on the basis of this procurement procedure between all tenderers who submitted an approved offer. The sub-region is selected for three (3) bids in comparison of the best successfulthe tenderer, unless there are fewer accepted offers.
