Description:
The City of Helsinki, the cultural and leisure industry in cooperation with the urban environment, as a procurement cooperation, implements a procurement for the provision of joint services on Harakka Island as a license agreement, in which each party draws up their own procurement decision and will sign A joint procurement agreement between the parties. The Island of Harakka means the island owned by the City of Helsinki at Harakka Island, 00140 Helsinki and the buildings and structures of the island. The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 description and service description Annex 1.1.
