- The goal of the procurement is the purchase and implementation of a recruitment system both for the Monetra Group's own use and for the use of the Monetra Group's customers as part of the overall service offered by Monetra.
Monetra Group operates as a recruitment service provider to its customers using a service center model. The service center model refers to a model in which the services produced by the Monetra Group for its customers have been productized and they are mainly offered with the same content to several customers using the same information system and its same instance/tenant.
This is the total number of personnel in Monetra Group currently around 1400 people. The number of recruitments carried out by Monetra's recruitment services in 2024 was more than 1,600. In addition, there are thousands of substitute needs in various fields that are filled every year. For example, in 2024, one of our main owners had more than 5,000 early childhood care substitute needs pieces.
The central goal of Monetra Group's recruitment reform is to have a cost-effective and safe recruitment system, the development of which the supplier commits to. Uniform electronic tools will be provided to Monetra Group and customer organizations and user-friendly recruitment package as part of the overall service offered by Monetra Group.
