- Description:
- The object of the procurement is remote medical services to support the services provided by Kaiku24 Oy. The remote doctor to be procured will support both Kaiku24's first line and healthcare professionals in the welfare areas. Customers who are suitable for the first line are treated at remote receptions or treatment is started before local receptions. The procured remote doctors mainly work as part of the health center and emergency assistance (116117) services. Remote doctors may also receive consultation requests from our other services. The acquisition seeks partners who are able to offer both consultations and remote receptions. Suppliers are required to have a sufficient number of doctors to be able to meet the volume to be procured. The procurement seeks partners who are able to provide doctors for the long term to a cooperative relationship. With this, Kaiku24 wants to both promote the continuity of care and minimize the extra administrative work associated with changing doctors, such as ordering user rights and orientation. In the previous procurement period, Kaiku24 has had compared to the general operating environment, exceptionally low doctor turnover. Kaiku24 has been perceived as a meaningful workplace. The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is approximately EUR 6,000,000 (VAT 0%), including the option periods. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is 12,000 000 euros (VAT 0%).
